Real-world work experience and full support from day one
First Actuarial’s apprenticeship programmes provide valuable early-career experience of financial services.
We employ people from a wide range of backgrounds in close-knit teams that will give you the support you need.
From day one, your work will combine real-world experience with the academic content of your apprenticeship. As well as learning from people around you, you’ll have your own study mentor here at First Actuarial.
Throughout your apprenticeship, we’ll give you full study support and a competitive salary – rather than the national minimum wage that many apprentices receive.
